Click 'n Pay and promoter(s) will use your information to send you confirmation of your purchase(s) and information on the event(s) and to compile a generalised profile of the people attending the event(s).
  2. Click 'n Pay shall not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party other than the promoter(s) of the event(s) that you buy ticket(s) for without your consent, provided that, by utilising the Click 'n Pay website and/or subscribing to any services offered by Click 'n Pay and/or the promoter(s), you expressly consent to Click 'n Pay utilising your personal information for the purpose of providing the services and for billing and advertising purposes (unless you have opted out) and to other third parties where necessary, or to comply with any law or regulation, to prevent fraud or abuse, misuse or unauthorised use of the Click 'n Pay website and to protect Click 'n Pay's rights and those of its customers.
  3. Click 'n Pay may use your personal information to personalise your profile on Click 'n Pay's internal system.
  4. Click 'n Pay may receive information about you from reliable third parties and add it to its database purely for ticketing purposes. Click 'n Pay shall ensure that such third parties operate a similar ethical policy in relation to your privacy.
  5. You may receive invitations to buy tickets for related events or other related products, but you may unsubscribe from these invitations at any time.

Terms and Conditions of Use, Sale and Purchase

  1. You must be 18 years or older to make use of this website and the services, and by doing so you warrant that you are a major.
  2. The general terms and conditions of the holder(s) of the event(s) and/or the organiser(s) of the event(s) ["promoter"], in addition to Click 'n Pays' terms and conditions, apply.
  3. These standard terms and conditions apply to all persons making use of the Click 'n Pay website and its services.
  4. If you do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions, please do not make use of this website/services and do not accept them below.
  5. Click 'n Pay acts as a ticketing agent only and does not attract any liability as a promoter to you, but simply offers the service of facilitating ticket sales on behalf of the promoter(s) of the event in respect of which you are purchasing ticket(s).
  6. Tickets cancellations, refunds, exchanges and/or returns are dealt with in accordance with the promoter(s)'s terms and conditions.
  7. Click 'n Pay accepts no liability whatsoever arising from the postponement or cancellation of the event and in that regard, any recourse you may have in law is only against the promoter, although we provide no representation or undertaking that the promoter will refund you.
  8. Tickets are not replaceable due to damage, loss, theft or any other reason.
  9. A ticket is void and all rights connected herewith nullified unless purchased from an authorised Click 'n Pay sales point or agent.
  10. Click 'n Pay accepts no liability whatsoever arising from the postponement or cancellation of the event(s) and in that regard, any recourse you may have in law is only against the promoter(s), although we provide no representation or undertaking that the promoter(s) will refund you.
  11. Right of admission to the event(s) is reserved by the promoter(s), and the promoter(s) has the right to alter the programme or the seating thereof.
  12. Most venues have restricted items including but not limited to alcohol, weapons, cameras and glass bottles.
  13. Tickets can be damaged by sunlight or heat.
  14. You must separate tickets from one another prior to arriving at the venue. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets. The first person to enter the venue with a printed e-ticket or other hard ticket is the only person admitted by the ticket. Therefore do not share or duplicate the ticket, guard it like cash.
  15. Any attempt to reproduce or duplicate the ticket will constitute fraud and will result in persecution in a court of law.
  16. By using this website and subscribing to the services, you consent to your personal information being processed further and transmitted onwards by Click 'n Pay to the promoter of the event for which you have purchased a ticket(s), who may use this information for purposes of liaising with you regarding further offers, provide you with information and/or promotional material in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
  17. Click 'n Pay acts merely as the custodian of your personal information on behalf of the promoter(s) which Click 'n Pay shall utilize purely for the purposes of ticket sales and providing you with its services.
  18. Click 'n Pay will not pass on your personal information to any third party other than the promoter of the event for which you purchase a ticket(s).
  19. Click 'n Pay may, from time to time send you advertising material and information, including but not limited to special offers by e-mail, via SMS, WAP Push, newsletters, telephonically, or through other promotional offers.
  20. Opt-out Clause: If you do not wish to receive offers or information, whether from Click 'n Pay or the promoter(s), please notify us by sending an e-mail to comms@clicknpay.africa. Due to possible delays, you may still receive promotional material up to a month after your notification.
  21. Ticket refund requests will be processed in cases where ClicknPay does not meet its obligation, including late delivery of tickets or technology failure.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to those Third Party Websites and ClicknPay is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of those Third Party Websites or the “cookies” that those sites may use.
  • We do not guarantee that our site or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that our site or any content on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
Security

ClicknPay Terms and Conditions for Airtime Purchases

  1. Service Availability
    • Airtime and bundle purchases are available through *788#, www.clicknpay.africa whatsapp chat bot (+263 78 555 2326) and the ClicknPay Africa App available on google and App store.
  2. Transaction Responsibility
    • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correct mobile number, amount and currency is entered before completing a transaction.
  3. No Refunds or Reversals
    • Once a purchase is completed, ClicknPay cannot reverse or refund transactions, including airtime or bundles sent to an incorrect number.
  4. Confirmation of Details
    • Customers are advised to double-check all details (e.g., mobile number, amount and currency) before confirming the transaction.
  5. Instant Delivery
    • Airtime and bundles are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
  6. Failed Transactions
    • In the event of a failed transaction, customers must report the issue to ClicknPay support for resolution via any of the ClicknPay social media pages, direct call or emails listed on our website.
  7. Usage of Airtime or Bundles
    • Once credited, the usage of airtime or bundles is governed by the respective mobile network operator’s terms and conditions.
  8. Liability Limitations
    • ClicknPay is not liable for errors arising from incorrect input by the customer during the transaction process.
  9. Support Contact
    • For queries or assistance, customers can contact ClicknPay support via email or the in-app help feature.

By accepting these terms, customers acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated above.

  • When using the platform and associated Services you must not:
    • circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Application or Services.
    • use the Application or any Services if we have suspended or banned you from using it;
    • create more than one Account on the Application.
    • give any false or misleading information in your Account details;
    • impersonate any other person, misrepresent your identity, or falsely give the impression that your User content comes from someone else;
    • modify, interfere, intercept, disrupt or hack the Application or Services;
    • misuse the Application or Services by knowingly introducing viruses.
    • collect any data from the Application and Services other than in accordance with these Terms, or engage in any illegal or unlawful conduct.
  • Failure to comply with these Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement/these Terms, and may result in us, the Merchant’s and/or the Network Provider’s taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
    • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Application.
    • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any User Content.
    • Issuing of a warning to you.
    • Legal action against you, including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
    • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

These responses detailed above are not limited, and we and such other parties may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
